shanghai dazhong environment industries co., ltd. is dzug’s investment platform in the environment industries, which invested in three sewage treatment projects, i.e. zhejiang hangzhou xiaoshan dongpian sewage treatment factory, shanghai dazhong jiading sewage treatment factory, and jiangsu xuzhou dazhong yuanquan. currently, the three projects see a combined operating capacity of nearly 600,000 m³/d. dazhong environment industries focuses on china’s environmental protection areas, especially water-related investment, construction and operation, as well as sludge and solid waste treatment, aiming to become china’s leading integrated environmental services provider.
shanghai dazhong municipal development co., ltd. is dzug’s investment platform in municipal infrastructure, which mainly covers the investment, operation and management of tunnels, freeways and bridges. the major projects include shanghai xiangyin road cross-river tunnel, jiangsu changzhou changjiao road re-construction, shanghai jinshan stadium etc.

xiangyin road tunnel project
xiangyin road tunnel is an important part of shanghai’s urban transportation infrastructure construction, which connects wuzhou avenue to the east, xiangyin road and middle ring road to the west, and intersects with hujia freeway. xiangyin road tunnel is also an expressway that goes across the huangpu river. dzug invested in the construction of the tunnel, and obtained a 25-year exclusive concession.
jinshan stadium project
jinshan stadium project was invested in by dazhong municipal development co., ltd., and was significant in the jinshan people’s life. it fixed the lack of large modern stadium in jinshan, and provided facility support to shanghai’s sixth rural games in 2007. meanwhile, it makes shanghai the only city to have two modern specialized football stadiums in china.
hangzhou xiaoshan dongpian sewage treatment project
xiaoshan dongpian sewage treatment factory sees a total planned capacity of 1mn m³/d, currently the phase-i project has realized a capacity of 300,000 m³/d.
the project won the hangzhou “xihu cup award”, zhejiang municipal project golden award and “qianjiang cup award”.
dazhong jiading sewage treatment project
shanghai dazhong jiading sewage treatment factory sees a total planned capacity of 250,000 m³/d, and the already-realized capacity stands at 130,000 m³/d. dazhong jiading sewage is an outstanding operator of national urban sewage treatment factory for the year 2008.
xuzhou dazhong yuanquan sewage treatment project
dazhong yuanquan currently operates five sewage treatment factories, i.e. sanbahe (70,000 m³/d), jiawang (20,000 m³/d), peixian (50,000 m³/d), pizhou (20,000 m³/d) and lianyungang donghai (20,000 m³/d), with a combined capacity of 180,000 m³/d.
sanbahe sewage treatment factory was honored the jiangsu outstanding sewage treatment operator and manager for the year 2011,and peixian sewage treatment factory was honored the jiangsu outstanding urban sewage treatment factory for the year 2009.
